Shelley Huff is an accomplished CEO, President, and global retail leader with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic innovation, technology, and operational excellence. With deep expertise in retail and digital transformations, she has successfully led organizations through complex business challenges, including financial restructuring and market shifts. Most recently, as CEO of Serta Simmons Bedding, she guided the company through its post-COVID recovery and a challenging Chapter 11 restructuring, securing long-term stability while reinvigorating product innovation, strengthening brand equity, optimizing supply chains, and enhancing commercial execution.
Prior to Serta Simmons Bedding, Shelley served as a Global Officer at Walmart, where she was instrumental in shaping the company’s digital transformation strategy. She launched Walmart’s first omnichannel brand, The Pioneer Woman, which became a $350M brand in under a year, and introduced 10 digitally native, in-house brands, including Drew Barrymore Flower Home. She also served as President and CEO of Hayneedle.com, where she led its successful eCommerce integration into Walmart, streamlining operations and driving profitability. Beyond eCommerce, Shelley played a pivotal role in expanding Walmart’s capabilities across both digital and brick-and-mortar operations, successfully leading multi-billion-dollar P&Ls in the U.S. Division and strengthening Walmart’s omnichannel ecosystem.
Known for her ability to blend strategic vision with operational excellence, Shelley now advises C-level executives, private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors as the Founder and CEO of Huff Advisory, LLC. She provides expertise in strategy, brand development, merchandising, product innovation, partnerships, eCommerce, omni-channel retail, and AI-driven consumer experiences.
